The best way to say "G'day" to Australia's native animals is to visit Sydney Wildlife Zoo, featuring over 1 kilometer of glass-enclosed walkways, making it the world's largest indoor wildlife park. Here you'll find all of Australia's star animals you can imagine, with animal feeding and shows throughout the day. You can have close encounters with cuddly koalas and adorably silly kangaroos.

It's a beautiful indoor zoo - not a huge variety of animals, but the exhibits are beautifully designed. You can take close-up photos with kangaroos for free. However, for a close encounter with koalas, there's a fee - otherwise, you'll only see their backsides!
