WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo
- WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo
The best way to say "G'day" to Australia's native animals is to visit Sydney Wildlife Zoo, featuring over 1 kilometer of glass-enclosed walkways, making it the world's largest indoor wildlife park. Here you'll find all of Australia's star animals you can imagine, with animal feeding and shows throughout the day. You can have close encounters with cuddly koalas and adorably silly kangaroos.

Though not a large zoo, its value lies in the close interaction with animals. For just 2 AUD, you can buy food to feed the kangaroos - these little creatures hop around asking for food, their tiny paws grasping your hands, which is absolutely adorable!
The laid-back koalas are truly cute.
I was really looking forward to taking a photo while holding a koala, but I recently read an article mentioning that koalas are actually quite timid and don't enjoy human hugs. They're already confined to the zoo, which is sad enough, so I decided not to force them into hugs.
