· The top consists of three sections: a 360-degree observation deck at 250 meters, a Skywalk at 260 meters, and a revolving restaurant.
· Along with the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, it forms Sydney's three major landmarks.

Transportation

Walking: About 1.2km (15 minutes) from Circular Quay

Train: Alight at Town Hall or St James stations, short walk to destination

Bus: Take 310 from Platform D at Circular Quay (160m walk after), or 394 from Platform E (270m walk after)

I bought Sydney Tower tickets online for two people at 172 RMB, which was quite reasonable. The package included a 4D movie experience and tower access.

The tower entrance can be a bit tricky to find. Following GPS directions led us to a shopping mall, and we had to ask several people before finding the elevator. The service desk is located on the 5th floor. At the entrance, there's a height comparison chart showing the tower stands at 340m - not as tall as Shanghai's Oriental Pearl Tower.

The Sydney night view is stunning. If I visit the tower again, I'd choose a clear afternoon around sunset. Watching the sun go down from up there would surely offer a completely different experience.
