The University of Sydney's architecture has a very academic style - compared to Chinese universities, it's more three-dimensional, combining both European and modern styles. Even individual faculty buildings have a grand feeling.

There weren't many people at the university, probably because it was the weekend, not many students were there studying. My sister mentioned that the university doesn't provide accommodation, so students have to rent nearby, and the rent isn't cheap at all. International students spend tens of thousands of RMB annually just on housing, so families need to be quite well-off to study abroad here.

When we entered the main building it was quiet, but that's because the tour groups hadn't arrived yet. Later, many tour groups from China came through. Listening to the uncles and aunties chat, they were all thinking about whether their children could study here - their thoughts were so similar to ours.
