Within minutes, we arrived at the University of Sydney. Along the way, nearly half the people we saw were of Asian descent, confirming Australia's popularity as a destination for international students and immigrants. Students were lounging on the lawns reading books, while ducks and various birds paddled in the pond. The "Harry Potter Building" (the main quadrangle) serves as the university's primary teaching building. If I remember correctly, in the first Harry Potter film, Harry and his classmates had their first flying lesson on a lawn just like this one! [Note: While this building is often compared to Hogwarts due to its Gothic architecture, it wasn't actually used in the Harry Potter films]
