Located in the heart of the beautiful Darling Harbour in Sydney, the Sydney Aquarium showcases between 650 and 3,000 species of aquatic animals, presenting a truly spectacular theme. You can get up close and personal with the unique aquatic creatures of Australia, including the largest and most impressive sharks in the world, the rare dugongs, the elusive platypuses, beautiful seahorses, giant sea turtles, jellyfish, thousands of tropical fish, enormous stingrays, and many other remarkable specimens, and so on. The orphan dugong at the Sydney Aquarium ranks among the few places in the world that display these incredible animals.
