· Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, located at the northern end of the Gardens, offers the best vantage point for viewing the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge - a spot featured in many postcards.
· An ideal place to unwind, featuring expansive views, peaceful atmosphere, large lawns, and numerous benches. The Government House, located within the Gardens, is open for public visits.

At the Botanic Gardens, we noticed Aussies have boundless energy - even at midday, there were people jogging everywhere and playing rugby. The scenery is truly beautiful, the air is fresh, and there's an abundance of birds - seagulls, ibis, ravens, wood ducks, magpie-larks, and more. None of them are afraid of humans. As a foodie, it was torture seeing all these potential delicacies right at my feet but not being able to eat them! My father-in-law went into full photography mode, taking pictures everywhere along the way.
