The Art Gallery of New South Wales sits beside the Royal Botanic Gardens. While some paintings may be difficult to comprehend, visiting the gallery offers insights into local culture. Most of the featured artists have passed away, leaving behind works that continue to captivate viewers. These pieces contain traces of wartime struggles, everyday life, abstract imagination, and realistic memories - perhaps this is truly how culture achieves immortality.

Western artists approach the human form without inhibition, with most paintings depicting the body in complete frankness. One particularly memorable piece portrays a couple in their intimate post-coital moment. The figures' expressions and forms are depicted with remarkable realism, creating an almost palpable atmosphere. It reinforces the notion that beauty exists in all aspects of life, and sometimes there's no need for concealment.
