Transportation
Take the ferry from either Wharf No. 3 or No. 2 at Circular Quay to Manly Wharf (approximately 30-minute journey). From Manly Wharf, it's about a 300-meter walk to Manly Beach. Ferries run frequently throughout the day.

After experiencing the bustling markets, we decided to visit a less touristy beach. While most visitors typically head to Bondi Beach for trendy brunches, we opted instead for the more distant Manly Beach. It's a relatively off-the-beaten-path spot and a surfing mecca. If I were to visit again, I'd probably stay here for several days. The beachside climate is notably warmer than in the city. If you have time, it's perfect to while away an entire day at a beachfront café. The beach is on the other side of the wharf, about a 10-minute walk away. It's not suitable for swimming, but perfect for surfing - the waves are quite big, ideal for experienced surfers.
