There's a fountain in the center of Hyde Park, facing the famous St. Mary's Cathedral. In the square, local performers dressed as clowns create bubbles of various sizes using string, while children of different races and ages chase these dreamy bubbles with delight, running in all directions.
Ah yes, this scene that struck me can only be described in one way - exotic charm.
