Hyde Park Sydney is located on the eastern side of Sydney's CBD and was established in 1810, with over 200 years of history. It features vast clean lawns and century-old towering trees, making it an excellent spot for relaxation. At the park's center is a uniquely designed fountain. It consists of a group of bronze sculptures, with a young man holding an ancient lyre at the elevated center, backed by fan-shaped water sprays, and several bronze sculptures in the pool below.
Hyde Park is roughly rectangular in shape, with a square southern end and a circular northern end. It is bordered by Elizabeth Street to the west, College Street to the east, St. James Road and Prince Albert Road to the north, and Liverpool Street to the south.
