To be honest, I didn't realize this bridge was also a Sydney icon until I saw it in person - it really grows on you the more you look at it. Plus, as the world's only major bridge that allows tourists to climb it, it's definitely an experience worth trying!

The safety measures for climbing are extremely thorough, and it's not nearly as scary as you might imagine. While it's a bit pricey, the experience is worth it!

Just go for the 3.5-hour outer arch climb (the inner arch climb isn't that interesting - if you're going to do it, go all out). Chinese-language guided tours are only available at 10 AM; for twilight or night climbs, you'll need to join an English-speaking group.

You can't take photos during the climb, but overall, spending around 2,000+ dollars for two people on this unique experience is worth it.

The climb finished at 1:30 PM, and everyone receives a personalized climbing certificate. Photos taken on the bridge need to be purchased separately - if I remember correctly, they're about $20 each.
