It's not too far from Darling Harbour, and here you can really find all kinds of seafood you might want - fresh and delicious. They say the prices are cheaper than seafood restaurants elsewhere in Sydney, though we spent over 370 Australian dollars on a 1.5kg Australian rock lobster, which wasn't exactly cheap~ They also have enormous king crabs, but we were too full to try those - one large lobster was enough to satisfy both of us.
