I'd heard so much about Sydney Fish Market from my Sydney friends that I couldn't resist visiting with a friend on my second day to taste all kinds of seafood. Of course, the Australian lobster was a must-try - after all, we'd dreamed about trying it so many times back home. We spent 226 AUD on one lobster (169 AUD per kilogram), choosing the scallion-flavored preparation. It was incredibly delicious, though too much for two people to finish. I took the leftovers home and stir-fried them Chinese-style, which turned out amazing!
