The world's second-largest fish market is packed with Asian visitors and endless displays of seafood - fresh fish and meat everywhere you look, all with price tags to match... But as someone raised in a more 'refined' environment, I just couldn't handle their primitive way of eating - just a squeeze of lemon juice on raw seafood? No thanks!
However, my partner turned out to be quite the seafood enthusiast - practically savage, devouring a dozen raw oysters solo, then going for sea urchin (which was still moving, ugh!)... and topped it all off with a lobster! Talk about adventurous eating!
