Today is Sunday, and the fish market is truly "people mountain people sea" (packed with people)!

The market is open from 7 AM to 4 PM (5 PM on weekends), so don't come too late if you want to check it out~

The fish market reminds me of Shiba Chong in Nansha, Guangzhou - another famous seafood destination. Here, prices are clearly marked, and you can simply point to what you want, and the staff will get it for you. Just add up your selections and pay by card. Every seafood stall has their own processing area, and you can choose how you want your seafood prepared. For just two people like us, you might want to consider buying set meals directly from the processing area - it's quite economical. They thoughtfully label each type of seafood to indicate whether it's suitable for eating raw and the best preparation methods. The oysters are fresh with a subtle ocean taste.

Worth noting - WeChat and Alipay payments incur a 1.8% service fee, so credit cards are recommended. While there are many free dining seats available, it's not easy to find a spot on weekends due to tour groups making advance reservations.

For sashimi lovers, this place is heaven! But for those of us who don't really eat raw fish, I personally prefer Nansha's Shiba Chong~ haha!

I also checked out the fruit and vegetable market inside! Australian produce seems exceptionally large - maybe it's something to do with the environment here!
