Admission: Unlike mountain attractions in China, there's no entrance fee here - the entire Blue Mountains area is free to access. However, Scenic World, which offers train rides and cable cars, does charge admission. It's AUD 43 per person at the gate, but I managed to get tickets for two people online for AUD 180.
Parking: Free parking is available near hiking trail entrances and at Scenic World. However, parking at certain lookout points (like Echo Point) is metered, costing around AUD 4 per hour.

We left Sydney around 8:40 AM and arrived around 10:20 AM. We parked at the Leura Cascades car park in Leura town, which is free and has tables for picnicking.
We started with the hiking area, choosing the Cliff Top Walking Track as our trail.
