We didn't actually feel Sydney's dryness. Fortunately, during our stay, there was some light drizzle, making the air moist and the climate really pleasant. The car we rented was waiting for us outside the hotel early the next morning. It's a two-hour drive to the Blue Mountains - we left at 8:30 AM, and when we arrived, it was still misty. The Three Sisters rock formation is the most famous sight in the Blue Mountains, but we couldn't see it clearly when we first arrived. The fog didn't start clearing until around noon.
